Specifically, in a <strong>report<\/strong> on the <strong>situation and evolution of additive Manufacturing<\/strong> in the <strong>toolmaking and Habitat sectors<\/strong> and related <strong>VET training offer<\/strong>: high-tech T-shaped skills and competences in different occupations (mismatches).<\/p>\n<p>The consortium partner is undertaking <strong>deep analysis<\/strong> in order to have a complete overview of the <strong>role of Additive Manufacturing<\/strong> (AM) both in the <strong>Toolmaking industry and Habitat sector<\/strong> as well as a <strong>comparative report<\/strong> of the related <strong>VET training offer<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The <strong>main goal<\/strong> of the IO1 is to find out what are the <strong>technical knowledge<\/strong> and <strong>transversal skills<\/strong> desired for the <strong>workers\u2019 curricula<\/strong> and if the actual academic offer is up to date with labour market needs.<\/p>\n<p>This first <strong>IO<\/strong> of the project is composed by <strong>different activities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>O1\/A1:<\/strong> Analysis report for the perception of AM high-tech T-shaped skills and competences mismatches and needs in the Toolmaking industry.<\/p>\n<p><strong>O1\/A2:<\/strong> Analysis report for the perception of AM and high-tech T-shaped skills and competences mismatches and needs in the Habitat sector.<\/p>\n<p><strong>O1\/A3: <\/strong>Analysis report on the current VET training offer related to the Toolmaking &amp; Habitat sectors with regards to Additive Manufacturing.<\/p>\n<p><strong>O1\/A4:<\/strong> Standardisation of national and European qualification systems.<\/p>\n<p><strong>O1\/A5:<\/strong> Final report delivery<\/p>\n<p>The first two researches provide an <strong>analysis on the perception and application of AM<\/strong> in the two manufacturing sectors, which <strong>skills<\/strong> and competences are <strong>needed<\/strong> to be implemented in the average <strong>curricula<\/strong>, taking into consideration occupations <strong>profiles<\/strong> on the <strong>ESCO database<\/strong>.<\/p><p>The third research offers <strong>a comparative vision<\/strong> of the related <strong>VET training offer<\/strong> in the countries involved in order to understand if they meet with the <strong>real needs<\/strong> of the <strong>industry<\/strong>.<\/p><p>The fourth activity defines the <strong>general directives<\/strong> for the <strong>training programme<\/strong> that will be develop taking into consideration all requirement needed in <strong>the Qualification Frameworks<\/strong> of the participant countries and the ECVET and EQF recommendations.<\/p><p>After these studies, partners will compose a <strong>complete report<\/strong> with the obtained results.<\/p><p>The final document will include the <strong>current situation<\/strong> of each country participating in the project so as to a <strong>global European picture<\/strong>.
